Roselle park ghost.
Again, in 1997 around the late springtime, I got yet another reply from someone at the Star Ledger Personals. This one, I hated the worst, but not much more, than the last wackjob I had the displeasure of meeting! This lady was about my age, & she lived in roselle Park, NJ. We spoke on the phone for about 1 - 2 weeks, before we met up, at the Roselle Park, NJ train station. After work, I took the 31 straight after work where I was in the print shop in florham Park, all the way straight in to Newark Penn. From ther,e I took the Raritan Valley line, to Roselle Park, where I was to met her at a diner, a few blocks from the train station. The trip took me at least 3 hours to get there, given the time of day; rush hour, & all the stops that the bus made, along that crumby route, into Newark. When I arrived at Roselle Park, I walke several blocks to meet this woman who by the way said she was going to be there. 15 minutes passed. Then 30 minutes ... 45 minutes ... 1 whole hour ... An hour & a half ... 2 hours! .. & Finally ... 2 & a half hours! I thought I was going to start crying. I was so humiliated, & upset. A waitress came over to me to take my order, & I teold her "I've just been stood up!" She looked at me kind'a funny, & just walked away. Her & her waitress friends behind the counter looked at me, as if I was some circus freak, before I walked out the restaraunt to go back to the train station. Yeah .. it was a lot of freak'n fun! -- NOT! While staggerring back to the train station after going all that way out of my way to see this woman, a tear rolled down my cheek. When I got to the train station, I left her a nice little message on the phone, but did not curse or anything, honestly. -- I saved that all up, for the following day, while she was at work! I kind of raised my voice a little at the train station on the phone, & some guy gave me this shit-ass look, as if I was off my rocker, or I was piss'n him off, so I just stared back in my own unique way. Lol When I got home after 2 & a half hours of traveling on the train & the bus, it was already about 10:P.M. I noticed that I had a message on my answwering machine ... It was from -- Yup! You guessed it! -- Her nibbs. Lol She said something like: "That's fine you don't like me & that yer not interested. I got back together with my boyfriend, anyway. "Lata"
